Post-1945

The international art scene stands at the centre of this collection. Alongside works of American Pop Art by Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein and others, the Hanck Collection provides a glimpse into the art of the late twentieth century. This donation by the Düsseldorf pastor Wolfgang Hanck includes works by artists such as Miriam Cahn, Pia Fries and Rosemarie Trockel.
