Das Junge Rheinland (Young Rhineland)

Founded in Düsseldorf in 1919, the association included at times up to 400 artists and writers, among them Jankel Adler, Otto Dix, Max Ernst, Lotte B. Prechner, Else Sehrig-Vehling and Gert H. Wollheim. The group was dissolved after the National Socialists came to power in 1933.
