The collection of mainly Italian, Dutch, Flemish and German painting ranges from religious art to still lifes, landscapes and depictions of everyday life. The holdings include important works by Bernardo Bellotto, Lucas Cranach the Elder, Angelika Kauffmann, Peter Paul Rubens, Francisco de Zurbarán and others.
