About the workThe works by Düsseldorf sculptor Hanns Armborst are reminiscent of architectural complexes. The blue and white surfaces combine to form a fractured cube shape that allows views into the room. The reflection of the geometric structures in the surface also enhances the impression of interlocking forms. In addition to his work as a sculptor, Armborst also explored spatial effects by means of drawings and collages.
