About the workA distorted video image of a woman talking while sitting on an armchair is projected onto a white clay figure. The US artist Laurie Anderson tells an anecdote about a session with her psychoanalyst. During the appointment, she realises that they see things from completely different perspectives and ultimately decides to end her treatment. This versatile artist is still famous today as a singer and performer in multimedia stage shows.
