not on displayThis electric hairdryer was manufactured by an unknown company. The design corresponds to the typically functional, modern design language without decorative ornamentation, as first developed by AEG under the designer Peter Behrens in the 1910s. Even then, the general term "hairdryer", derived from the term for a warm, dry wind, had already become established, which the electrical company Sanitas initially registered as a trademark for its appliances in 1909.
