not on displayThe internationally known Danish designer Hans J. Wegner created this elegant three-legged chair, the seat of which is inspired by the shape of a heart. As a qualified carpenter, Wegner had a highly developed sense of the sculptural possibilities offered by wood as a material. The focus was simultaneously on comfort and high-quality craftsmanship. His organic designs made a significant contribution to reforming Danish furniture design after the Second World War. Many of his creations have been in continuous production since the 1950s.
