not on displayThe floor lamp "Svincolo" is one of the key works by Milanese architect and designer Ettore Sottsass from his time with the Italian design group Studio Alchimia in the late 1970s. Its tower-like construction combines geometric forms with patterned laminate and coloured neon light. In doing so, the lamp moves beyond the traditional notion of a purely functional lighting object. Through its sculptural presence, it becomes an emotionally charged, space-defining element that brings together design, architecture, and art.
