About the workWho is looking at whom here? The video work Suspended Perspectives by the Düsseldorf artist collective grotesk.group reverses the usual direction of the gaze between audience and work: a series of distorted faces and figures stare down at visitors in the foyer with eyes wide-open.

The artistic work encourages us not only to observe art, but to become part of it by adopting a new perspective.
